So when will it end? Eventually every overpriced home will sell at the price it should have from the beginning. Through it all the banks still made money at everyone elses expense. Think about it, Bankruptcy cases has soared through the roof. In my opinion this was planned from the beginning. I personally think Bush needed a huge payday before leaving office and with this infactuation no one was paying attention or even cared. Almost every industry was effected. Believe it or not, this is the best time to buy a piece of property. Interest rates are down and property prices are low. The flip side is everyones credit is messed up so the investors are capitalizing on our market and yet again..who suffers. Of course a lot of folks knew they were buying too much house and there was a chance interest rates would go up or balloon mortgages would become due. Many people just didnt care they wanted to experience living in a house they would have not been able to afford otherwise. Shucks, I don't blame them.
Now what...We all know getting an education is a good thing, but with the cost of going to school we had better make sure our children can find a job. These days going to school is big business and if you are not careful you will be sucked into yet another bubble. These technical schools are charging our children 30,000 to become a medical assistant, and they wont even make 30k out of school. Yet again preying on the underprivileged and uneducated. As soon as someone applies for a job they receive so many offers to go to school almost forcing the broke and unemployed to go after the student loan money just to survive.
There are a couple of good things that has come from all of this, more people are turning to work for themselves which is the best thing as a nation we could do. The only problem I see is we need to start doing business with the independent business owners. Support each other if you can. Robbery is down because the majority of folks have sold all of their precious metals and flat screen tv's are too obvious to carry out. You don't hear much about drugs either. People are so broke, most folks are not even getting high, I guess that is why a lot of criminal attorneys are jumping on the ban wagon of Bankruptsy. Let me here your thoughts.
